We are hiring for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales / BD Interns in Sales & Business Development. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to understand sales processes and gain exposure to B2B and B2C communication, CRM tools, sales and business development life cycle management.

ROLE DURATION: 6 MONTHS

LOCATION: NOIDA

Data-Driven Decision-Making: Understand how to interpret lead metrics and sales KPIs to make informed decisions about follow-ups and outreach. Gain firsthand experience in the importance of maintaining accurate records for scalable sales operations.

Team Collaboration: Work alongside marketing and sales teams to align efforts, understand campaigns, and drive conversions. Learn the importance of timely coordination and effective feedback loops in a sales-driven environment. Confidence & Ownership: Build confidence by engaging directly with prospects and supporting actual business outcomes. Take ownership of tasks and deliverables, gaining valuable preparation for full-time roles in high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in identifying potential leads through online research, databases, and social media.
  • Make initial contact with leads via email, phone, or LinkedIn to introduce the company's products/services.
  • Schedule calls/meetings for sales executives with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain and update the CRM systems with accurate data on leads and follow-ups.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
  • Follow up with prospects and clients to maintain engagement and gather feedback.
  • Generate reports on sales activities and lead performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
