About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, mid-level All-in-One Organic SEO Specialist for our multiple websites search visibility. This is a Teamplayer SEO role where you will build and execute strategy from scratch and drive rankings from lower pages to first-page results within a short timeframe. We are looking for the candidates for a long-term commitment.

Compensation: 3,50,000 INR per annum plus annual bonus based on website ranking positioning and organic keyword achievements.

You must be experienced in Traditional SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), with proven success improving rankings across Google, Bing, and AI-driven search platforms.

This is a hands-on execution-focused role, not just strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategy from scratch
• Improve rankings from last pages to first-page positions within 3 months
• Optimize for Google, Bing, AI search engines, and answer engines
• Implement GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI visibility
• Implement AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) for featured snippets & answer boxes
• Perform deep Technical SEO audits and fixes
• Execute On-Page and Off-Page SEO campaigns
• Build white-hat backlink strategies and authority growth
• Manage Local SEO & map rankings
• Implement Programmatic SEO strategies
• Optimize Images, Video, and Visual search SEO
• Execute Social Media SEO & organic growth strategies
• Develop content strategy for organic traffic growth
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Search Console & SEO tools
• Work closely with design/development for technical implementations
• Provide weekly ranking and growth reports
