Designer / Stylist & Creative Sales - Projects & Styling

Role Purpose
To drive project sales (B2B/B2C) and elevate brand aesthetics by merging styling expertise with business development. You will create high-value partnerships with design firms, lead client styling consultations, and curate showroom narratives that convert vision into revenue.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Sales & Business Development
- Identify, pitch, and secure project partnerships with architects, interior designers, and developers across luxury residential/commercial sectors.
- Develop annual sales targets for the Worli flagship, focusing on bulk/contract orders for large-scale projects.
- Manage client pipelines through CRM tools, from lead generation to post-sale relationship nurturing.
- Negotiate contracts and bespoke pricing for project collaborations.
2. Creative Styling & Design Curation
- Style Worli showroom vignettes, photoshoots, and events to visually articulate Stax Living's luxury ethos.
- Create client-facing design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes for project proposals.
- Source artisan collaborations to enhance collections and project exclusivity.
3. Client & Architect Engagement
- Host architects/clients at Worli showroom for immersive styling consultations and project walkthroughs.
- Translate client briefs into design solutions that align with technical, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements.
4. Brand Strategy
- Analyse market trends to identify new project opportunities (e.g., luxury hotels, premium co-working).
- Ensure all styling outputs (digital/physical) reinforce brand positioning to high-value stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in high-end interior sales/project management and luxury styling/visual merchandising
- Portfolio demonstrating
- Successfully executed design projects.
- Network with Mumbai/Delhi-based architects, designers, and real estate developers.
- Expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and CRM software.
- Degree in Interior Design + Business/Marketing.
- Fluency in luxury materials, spatial planning, and global design trends.
- Experience with contract furniture sales cycles.
Soft Skills
- Persuasive communicator able to speak design with creatives and ROI with executives.
- Agility to pivot between creative sessions and sales negotiations.
- Lead projects from concept to close; curate the flagship showroom. - Work alongside Stax Living's founders and designers
