Job Title: Interior Designer (Residential Projects)

Job Summary:

Weareseeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to handle residential interior

design projects. The candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing

aesthetically pleasing and functional living spaces in coordination with clients and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative design concepts for residential spaces based on client requirements and

preferences

Prepare space planning layouts, mood boards, and design presentations

Create detailed drawings, 2D/3D designs, and specifications

Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and accessories

Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design implementation

Managetime-lines and ensure projects are completed within budget

Communicateeffectively with clients and incorporate feedback into designs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field

1–5 years of experience in residential interior design

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or similar tools

Strong creativity, visualization, and attention to detail

Goodcommunication and client-handling skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends

Basic understanding of project execution and site coordination

Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobes, and custom furniture design
