About the Role:
We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join the Union Living team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in co-living, residential, or commercial interiors, and will be comfortable managing multiple projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop interior layouts, concepts, and furniture plans for Union Living properties.
- Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, material boards, and 3D references as needed.
- Work closely with the Fit-Out Manager to ensure timely and quality execution on-site.
- Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers for sourcing, production, and installations.
- Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate across departments (brand, operations, procurement) for smooth project delivery.
- Handle end-to-end project management from concept to handover.
Requirements:
- 23 years of relevant experience in interior design (preferably co-living, residential, or commercial).
- Proficient in AutoCAD and familiar with other design tools.
- Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and space planning.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel across sites and manage on-ground execution.

- Experience in end-to-end project management.
- Strong vendor management skills and on-site fit-out coordination experience.
