Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and creative Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of design concepts, 3D modeling, and rendering software. You will be responsible for assisting in the design, visualization, and presentation of architectural and interior projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist senior architects/designers in developing design concepts and presentations.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations for client presentations.
- Work on interior layouts, space planning, and mood boards.
- Prepare working drawings and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, or V-Ray.
- Coordinate with vendors and site teams for material selection and implementation.
- Support project documentation and client presentation preparation.
Required Skills:- Proficiency in SketchUp, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Escape, and Lumion.
- Knowledge of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
- Creative design sense with attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and design trends.
Eligibility:- Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Interior Design or related field.
