Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and manage interior design projects from concept development to final execution.
Create design concepts, space layouts, mood boards, 2D drawings, 3D views, and working drawings.
Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and design expectations.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and site execution teams.
Oversee site work to ensure adherence to design accuracy, materials, and quality standards.
Prepare and manage BOQs, work schedules, and project timelines.
Ensure smooth project delivery, problem-solving, and design alignment at every stage.

Skills & Software Requirements

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and advanced 3D rendering tools.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction detailing.
Excellent visualization, presentation, and technical drawing skills.
Strong communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design project handling is mandatory.
