We are seeking a motivated Interior Designer / Draftsman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces. This role requires a blend of creativity and technical skills to produce detailed design drawings and visualizations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for interior spaces.
- Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.
- Select color schemes, materials, furnishings, and decor that align with client visions and budget.
- Prepare design presentations and proposals for clients.
- Work closely with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure design integrity during implementation.
- Conduct site visits to ensure project progress and adherence to design specifications.
- Stay updated with industry trends and innovations in interior design.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Revit.
