We are hiring an Interior Designer with 24 years of experience in residential or commercial interiors. The candidate should have a strong eye for design, materials, and detailing and must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp to create design layouts, 3D views, and working drawings.

You'll work closely with our design and execution teams to translate concepts into functional, buildable, and visually compelling interiors.

• Develop space planning, concept presentations, and interior layouts.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards.
• Coordinate with architects, clients, and vendors on design intent and material selection.
• Ensure design consistency across drawings, renders, and site execution.
• Assist in BOQ preparation, presentation boards, and material documentation.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design quality and finish standards.
• Stay updated on new materials, design trends, and vendor innovations.

• Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
• 24 years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural firm.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (knowledge of V-Ray/Lumion and Photoshop is a plus).
• Good understanding of materials, finishes, and joinery detailing.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects.
• Excellent visualization, presentation, and communication skills.
• Creative problem solver with a focus on design functionality and aesthetics.
