Interior Design Onsite Site Manager

At Shades and Shapes Studio, Client Experience and Quality are the keys we keep as the center of work.

We need a person for the Project Managers position for Mainly Interior Design Projects.

Responsibilities:

1. Reading Drawings and Understanding of Materials

2. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and teams to address client's needs

3. Explain designs/ drawings to agencies/labors and site visits

4. Adopt the system and follow Standard Processes and Documentation

5. Maintain industry knowledge to stay relevant

6. Doing everything on time

7. Manage Contractors, Labors, Material Suppliers, Client Communications, Multiple projects

8. Project Planning and Tracking

9. Site Quality Check

Qualifications and Skills

1. Strong Communication skills and a good listener
2. Client and Team Management
3. Proficiency in Project Planning and Tracking
4. Problem-Solving Capabilities
5. Materials Selection, Pricing, and Application

Minimum 3+ Years of site supervision and Management experience combined

Software/ Tools

Must: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Optional: CAD
