Role Summary
Lead the complete design journey for HomeLane customersfrom the first meeting to order booking and final design sign-off. Work closely with homeowners to understand their needs and deliver functional, aesthetic, and budget-friendly home designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet customers, understand requirements, and present design concepts.
- Create detailed designs, quotations, and production-ready drawings.
- Use Google SketchUp to deliver accurate layouts and 3D views.
- Ensure designs are feasible on-site with minimal installation challenges.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Track sales reports, project TAT, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-year Diploma in Interior Design/Architecture.
- Mandatory residential project experience.
- Strong site knowledge and ability to design for practical execution.
- Customer-focused with a balance of function, aesthetics, and budget.
- Proficiency in Google SketchUp.
- Excellent communication skillsEnglish required, local language preferred.
