Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Architect role based in Chennai. The Interior Architect will be responsible for developing interior concepts, creating detailed drawings, and planning functional spaces for residential projects. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to understand requirements, refining layouts and design elements, coordinating with project managers and site teams, and overseeing interior fit-out execution to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The role also involves selecting materials and finishes, aligning designs with architectural constraints, and ensuring that projects adhere to timelines, budgets, and safety guidelines. The Interior Architect will contribute to design presentations, documentation, and continuous improvement of BerryBunch.in's design standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Space Planning and Interior Design to create functional, aesthetic layouts for residential interiors.
• Candidates should possess skills in Architecture and Interior Architecture to integrate interior concepts with overall building structure and technical requirements.
• Candidates should possess skills in Interior Fit-out to manage execution details, materials, finishes, and on-site coordination.
• Proficiency in design and drafting software (such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar tools) is highly beneficial.
• Strong visualization, presentation, and client communication skills, with the ability to translate client needs into workable design solutions.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design, with prior experience in residential interiors preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contractors.
