Job Description

Summary

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Integration Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions across our enterprise systems. You will play a key role in enabling seamless data flow, system interoperability, and digital transformation through modern integration patterns and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement enterprise integration architecture using modern tools and frameworks.

- Define and enforce integration strategy, standards, and best practices across applications and platforms.

- Lead the development of API-first and event-driven architectures to support real-time data exchange.

- Architect and manage middleware platforms and cloud integration services (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver hybrid integration solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.

- Implement message queuing, publish-subscribe models, and canonical data models.

- Ensure API security, identity management, and compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS).

- Monitor and optimize integration performance, SLA adherence, and cost efficiency.

- Define integration patterns for payments, card issuing, processing, KYC/KYB, tokenization abd transaction lifecyle

- Translate complex payment workflows (authorization, clearing, settlement, risk checks) into clear integration steps.

- Work cross-functionally with risk, compliance, and product to ensure integrations meet PCI DSS, SOC2, and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, solution architecture, or API/platform engineering roles

- Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON/HTTP, Auth0, JWT, webhooks, and event-driven architecture.

- Experience with Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, or AWS EventBridge.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

- Strong understanding of microservices, SOA, and integration patterns (aggregator, splitter, router).

- Knowledge of API management platforms (Apigee, Azure API Management, AWS API Gateway).

- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus).

- Knowledge of compliance and security frameworks such as PCI DSS, SOC2, GDPR.

Preferred Qualifications

- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP).

- Experience with SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, or IBM Integration Bus.

- Exposure to business process modeling (BPMN) and integration governance frameworks.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
