Job Description

What you'll get to do

  • Develop campaign strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to develop comprehensive campaign strategies aligned with the company's marketing objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines.
  • Campaign planning and execution: Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate the execution of campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring smooth implementation and timely delivery.
  • Messaging and content development: Develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with the target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Channel selection and management: Determine the most effective marketing channels for each campaign, such as social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and events. Oversee the execution and performance tracking of campaigns on these channels.
  • Budget management: Develop and manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment (ROI). Monitor campaign expenses and adjust strategies as needed to stay within budget.
  • Performance tracking and analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for campaigns and implement tracking mechanisms. Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to optimize performance and improve future campaigns.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with overall marketing efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign management and digital marketing. Apply new knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

What you should have

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or a similar role.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using marketing automation and campaign management tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
  • Knowledge of SaaS industry and B2B marketing is a plus
