Description

Education :

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience

  • 6+ years of professional software development experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical leadership or people management role.

Technical Expertise

  • Deep hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, GraphQL, and cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Proficiency in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
  • Solid understanding of system design, scalability, performance optimization, and security.

Leadership Skills

  • Proven ability to mentor and coach engineers.
  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Exposure to serverless architecture.
  • Experience scaling engineering teams in a startup or hyper-growth environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
