We are seeking a motivated Insurance Advisor to join our team in India. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert insurance advice, building relationships with clients, and helping them navigate their insurance options.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on insurance products and services to clients.
Assess clients insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage retention and referrals.
Assist clients in the claims process and provide guidance throughout the procedure.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and new products to effectively advise clients.
Prepare and present insurance proposals to clients based on their needs and preferences.
Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and recommend solutions.
Basic knowledge of various insurance products including life, health, auto, and property insurance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software to manage client information.
Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple clients and their policies effectively.
A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) as per the regulatory requirements in India.
