We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our dynamic team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instrumentation and control systems, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing equipment performance in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation systems and equipment.
- Calibrate instruments and ensure proper functioning of measurement devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in instrumentation and control systems.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize processes.
- Document maintenance procedures and update technical records.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on instrumentation.
- Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards during all operations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in instrumentation and control systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong knowledge of process control theory and instrumentation design.
- Familiarity with calibration and testing equipment.
- Experience with PLCs, DCS, and SCADA systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
