Description
We are seeking a skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the field of instrumentation, responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of instrumentation equipment.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair instrumentation equipment and systems.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation devices to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and calibrations.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve instrumentation processes.
- Assist in the design and implementation of new instrumentation systems.
Skills and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- Strong understanding of instrumentation principles and practices.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with calibration and troubleshooting of various instrumentation devices.
- Familiarity with control systems and PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers).
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in instrumentation work.
