Instructional Writer would be producing work instructions that meet business requirement whilst ensuring compliance to enterprise authoring standards.
Essential Capabilities
- Designing and developing work instructions based on content provided by Subject Matter Experts (SME).
- Ability to autonomously organise and run workshops with Subject Matter Experts to develop content
- Maintaining existing work instructions by working with content owners & SMEs (e.g. process SME, project team) to incorporate changes to existing work instructions.
- Ensuring WIs created and maintained meet the needs of the business, enterprise content standards and upholds enterprise strategy, policy and principles.
Experience & Qualification Requirements
- 3 5years experience in instructional writing
- Demonstrate a track record creating and updating technical artefacts (such as User Guides, manuals, work instructions, processes and procedures)
- Experience authoring with SharePoint based platform
- Experience in banking/financial sector
