Mps is hiring for Instructional Designer for Noida Location (Work from office)

Role summary

Create clear, engaging storyboards and animation scripts that turn complex life-science topics into short videos and interactives; collaborate with medical artists, editors, and developers to deliver accurate, accessible learning.

Key responsibilities

Own storyboards for videos/micro-learning (on-screen action, VO, callouts).

Write animation scripts (scene breakdowns, transitions, asset lists).

Convert learning objectives into concise narratives and assessments.

Partner with artists/animators; review artwork for scientific accuracy (plus).

Ensure style-guide, QC, and accessibility basics (contrast, plain language).

Requirements

Master's in Zoology/Life Sciences/Biology (required).

35 years instructional design in medical content.

Portfolio with 2+ samples: 1 storyboard + 1 animation script.

Strong scientific writing; crisp visual directions; version/control discipline.

Familiar with authoring/production tools (e.g., Storyline/Rise/PowerPoint/Figma).

Nice to have Medical artwork review experience (labels, color, hierarchy, alt-text hints).

Case/scenario or simulation-based learning exposure.

Basic understanding of WCAG and assessment design
