Instructional Designer

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to join our Content Development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for transforming complex information into engaging, learner-focused digital experiences. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design impactful learning solutions for a diverse set of learners.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop storyboards, animations, AV content, and interactive eLearning modules.

Visualize learning scenarios, characters, and learner journeys to drive engagement.

Apply instructional design principles to create effective strategies for WBTs, ILTs, videos, animations, simulations, and other digital assets.

Collaborate with media and production teams to develop visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces.

Work across multiple content areas including technical, process-oriented, and soft skills training.

Interact with clients and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and present design solutions.

Conduct content research, write instructional text, and ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Review peer content and provide constructive feedback.

Ensure all deliverables align with client specifications, instructional design best practices, and learning objectives.

Willingness to travel within India and abroad (valid passport required).

Required Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven experience in developing, reviewing, and editing digital learning content.

Strong attention to detail and deadline management.

Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360, Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and Content Management Systems.

Ability to work independently as well as in collaborative teams.

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI standards.

Familiarity with Generative AI and AI-powered tools for learning design.

Knowledge of gamification, microlearning, and mobile-first learning strategies.

Ability to create wireframes and mockups, or collaborate closely with UI/UX teams.

Experience working with global clients and multicultural training projects.

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate (BA/MA) in English Language, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field from a reputed university.
