About the Role

We're looking for Instructional Designers (IDs) who are excited about leveraging creativity, modern learning practices, and AI technology to create impactful training. If you love simplifying complex topics, designing engaging experiences, and working with cutting-edge tools, this is the role for you.

As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering innovative e-learning and microlearning experiences for clients around the globe. While Learner Mobile (learnermobile.com) will serve as your primary authoring platform, leveraging its powerful AI-driven content creation tools- you'll also have the opportunity to integrate and experiment with other cutting-edge AI technologies and authoring tools to enhance learning outcomes, personalize experiences, and push creative boundaries..

What You'll Do

• Design and develop engaging online training using our AI authoring tool, as well as other eLearning platforms.
• Create microlearning, e-learning, graphics, and video scripts that drive learner engagement.
• Partner with clients to understand needs, collect requirements, and source content.
• Break down complex information into concise, learner-friendly modules.
• Publish and manage training content in the Learner Mobile app.
• Develop supplemental media, including visuals, animations, and videos.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver polished content.
• Present content to clients, gather feedback, and refine as needed.
• Use AI-powered workflows to speed up content creation while maintaining creativity and instructional quality.
• Contribute ideas for new ways to integrate AI in instructional design and learner engagement.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years experience in instructional design and e-learning development.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360.
• Experience with AI-based or digital authoring tools (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in graphic design (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.).
• Ability to create videos/animations with tools like Canva, Vyond, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and microlearning.
• Project management skills and ability to deliver on deadlines.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Curiosity to experiment with new learning technologies and AI-driven design methods.

This is a full-time, remote role where you'll get to combine creativity, instructional expertise, and AI-powered tools to design learning experiences that make a real impact.
