Instructional Designer

Instructional Designer is responsible for end to end Digital Content Delivery to stakeholders with adherence to design principles and branding guidelines within the agreed timelines meeting all Learning Outcomes.

• Communicate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to obtain necessary information for developing learning materials
• Recommend appropriate learning solutions in all delivery formats (face-to-face, e-learning)
• Develop effective training programs and materials for corporate training environments and/or e-learning delivery formats (including instructional media elements, storyboards, e-learning content, visual aids, presentation materials, text to voice conversion)
• Responsible for designing visually appealing, appropriate graphics, animation, videos, or interactive activities needed by Maersk GSC, Front Offices and HQ.
• Design and Develop multimedia presentations, e-learning design templates and interfaces independently
• Collaborate with Functional Global Training and Development (T&D) trainers and instructional designers to create appropriate visuals for e-learning programs
• Demonstrate a good business understanding - the ability to understand the complexity of our business and the many audiences cross cultures and countries and what engages them
• Assist in publishing quarterly newsletters/e-magazines
