Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of LXDs and Sr. LXD

Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery

Collaborate with clients, SMEs, and internal teams to gather inputs and align on objectives

Drive the content strategy and ensure instructional alignment with business goals

Review and sign off on final content for instructional accuracy, tone, and completeness

Design scalable learning solutions using varied modalities (eLearning, video, microlearning, etc.) Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, learning standards, and visual identity

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities

Perform effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality

Implement and monitor quality assurance processes across content development stages

Identify and correct errors related to structure, formatting, grammar, and instructional design

Collaborate with teams to address quality issues, incorporate feedback, and uphold content excellence

Address learning gaps with innovative and user-centric solutions

Provide feedback, resolve issues, and improve processes through stakeholder collaboration

Showcase subject-matter expertise when needed to support learning solution development

Promote continuous improvement and maintain a high bar for learner experience

Key Skills:

Strong attention to detail and editing skills aligned with brand and quality standards

A deep understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theories

Strategic planning, execution, and a solution-oriented mindset

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including editorial precision

Ability to facilitate client-SME discussions and manage stakeholder expectations

Confident presenter and communicator on business-aligned learning outcomes

Expertise in multiple learning modalities to solve diverse business problems

Ability to adapt content for various cultural, technical, and business needs

Collaborative, feedback-driven, and skilled at coaching content teams

Time management and multitasking in high-paced, deadline-driven settings

Open to iteration based on client feedback and quality assurance reviews

Strong eye for visual composition and content flow

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline; relevant certifications preferred.

Minimum 8 years of experience in instructional design or learning experience design

. Prior experience leading teams of IDs and LXDs.

Proven ability to develop scalable learning solutions for global audiences.

Familiarity with localization, regionalization, and translation adjustments for diverse markets.

Excellent communication skills with experience in managing global stakeholders.
