Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, SaaS products, and software solutions.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase company offerings.
- Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose customized solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closure.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 2-7 years of proven experience in IT / B2B / SaaS sales.
- Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle end-to-end sales.
- Experience working with CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of proposal drafting, RFPs, and lead nurturing.
- Understanding of web technologies, SaaS models, and software lifecycle.
