Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services, SaaS products, and software solutions.
  • Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and professional networking.
  • Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to showcase company offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to propose customized solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and proposal to negotiation and closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2-7 years of proven experience in IT / B2B / SaaS sales.
  • Strong understanding of IT services, software development, and digital transformation solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle end-to-end sales.
  • Experience working with CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of proposal drafting, RFPs, and lead nurturing.
  • Understanding of web technologies, SaaS models, and software lifecycle.
