This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist based in Bengaluru. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, conducting outreach, and nurturing leads through outbound and inbound sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include engaging in consultations, understanding client needs, presenting training solutions, and managing client relationships. The role will also require collaborating with the marketing and operations teams to optimize lead conversion strategies and achieve sales targets.

• Proven skills in Sales, Client Engagement, and Lead Conversion
• Experience in Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation
• Knowledge of CRM tools and Sales Process Optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively and meet sales goals
• Interest in financial markets or prior experience in the finance industry is a plus
