Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to connect with prospective students.
  • Explain Degreefyds online degree programs, benefits, and career outcomes.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
  • Counsel students to select the right program based on their career goals and budget.
  • Drive enrollment conversions by maintaining regular follow-ups and closing admissions.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline with 2+ years of experience in inside sales, tele-counseling, or education sales
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Goal-oriented, persuasive, and self-motivated to achieve targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management is an added advantage.
