We're looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales specialist to join our growing team. You'll be the first point of contact for couples planning their big day, helping them choose the right photography and film packages that bring their wedding memories to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads from social media, website, phone calls, and advertisements.
- Contact potential clients promptly to understand their wedding plans, preferences, and photography requirements.
- Present company packages and offerings clearly, and recommend suitable options based on client needs and budgets.
- Follow up with leads consistently to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain detailed lead and sales records using CRM tools .
- Coordinate with the operations and photography teams to confirm bookings and share client details.
- Provide exceptional pre-sales support and ensure a smooth, personalized client experience.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Collect client feedback to improve sales approach and service quality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing preferred).
- 14 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or customer consultation.
- Experience in wedding, event, photography, or lifestyle services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
- Highly organized and comfortable working with targets.
- Positive attitude, empathetic approach, and genuine interest in weddings and storytelling.
