  • To contact donors (via calls, emails, in-person meetings, etc.) and explain WWF India's work in a clear and interesting way.
  • To proactively identify, cultivate and secure high value, long term relationships with new potential individual supporters within our key funding areas.
    • To manage and build excellent relationships with donors to ensure all opportunities are maximised.
      • To convert, retain, and upgrade the existing donor database to maximize the retention ratio.
        • Develop relationship with the donors and upgrade/reactivate them up the donor pyramid.
        • Graduate/ Post Graduate/ MBA from any recognized University.
          • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with demonstrated ability to talk and listen to people and build rapport with them.
            • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
              • Highly performance-oriented and able to work in a team.
                • Energy-driven individual who can inspire people and promote WWF-India's work.
                  • Should have experience in Donor Retention / Fundraising / Sales for at least 1 - 2 years.
                  • Can join immediately or within 15 days.
                  • Be a part of the largest nature conservation organization.
