Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Executive at Policybazaar.com in Gurugram. The role involves tasks such as inside sales, lead generation, customer satisfaction, account management, and ensuring excellent customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Account Management skills
• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
