Job Description

Role: Inside Sales Representative

Experience Preferred: 1-2 Years

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Description:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers using Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis services.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution to minimise churn.
  • Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities for Microsoft services to existing customers.
  • Drive cross-sell initiatives by introducing Mimecast and Acronis services to customers who have not yet adopted them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewals, upsell/cross-sell activities, and payment status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver service excellence.
  • Provide regular reports on account status, renewal pipeline, upsell/cross-sell performance, and payment collections.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis products is a strong advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
