Role: Inside Sales Representative

Job Description:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers using Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis services.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively manage contract renewals and ensure timely execution to minimise churn.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely collections.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities for Microsoft services to existing customers.
- Drive cross-sell initiatives by introducing Mimecast and Acronis services to customers who have not yet adopted them.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, renewals, upsell/cross-sell activities, and payment status in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and deliver service excellence.
- Provide regular reports on account status, renewal pipeline, upsell/cross-sell performance, and payment collections.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in the IT or SaaS industry.
- Familiarity with Microsoft, Mimecast, and Acronis products is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer engagement.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
