What you'll be doing
Handling inbound customer chats in real time — understanding travel requirements, budget, and preferences to recommend the right vacation package
Converting chat conversations into confirmed bookings by addressing objections, sharing itinerary details, and closing sales
Following up with warm leads and past chat inquiries to nurture them toward a purchase, without needing any voice calls
Who would be a good fit
Someone with strong written communication skills — clear, persuasive, and typo-free chat messaging under time pressure
Someone comfortable multitasking across multiple live chats while staying accurate on pricing, destinations, and itinerary details
A self-starter who's target-driven and comfortable with a sales quota, even without prior sales experience
