Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive at our location in Rajkot. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your day-to-day tasks will include engaging with potential customers, providing product information, and closing sales opportunities. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships. Also you would be handling Indiamart, Just dial, yellow page etc

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Sales strategies and practices
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
  • Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Adaptability to work in an on-site setup in Rajkot
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience in sales or a related field
