Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for lead generation, engaging with prospective clients, and identifying potential opportunities to drive business growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, conducting sales consultations, maintaining and updating client databases, and fostering relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Collaboration with the sales team and utilizing best practices to achieve sales targets is fundamental to this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, with experience in identifying and nurturing potential clients
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction
  • Proven track record in Sales with the ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms is a plus
  • Goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
