Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in New Delhi for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable dental equipment solutions, and following up to close sales. The role requires collaboration with the sales and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and meet business goals.

Qualifications

• Skills in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and identifying potential business opportunities
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients
• Sales expertise with the ability to present and sell products confidently
• Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is a plus
• Ability to build and maintain productive client relationships
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
