Location: Noida, Sector 63 | Work From Office

Timing: 10 AM 7 PM | Monday to Saturday

Role Objective

We are looking for ambitious and driven Inside Sales Executives who are passionate about helping individuals transform their careers. You will guide learners through our program offerings and play a key role in driving admissions growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective learners via calls and messages
  • Understand their career goals and recommend suitable programs
  • Present the course value proposition confidently and convincingly
  • Ensure strong follow-ups and pipeline management
  • Maintain CRM records, call logs, and conversion reports
  • Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing & support team to improve lead quality and experience

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Freshers with passion for sales are welcome)
  • 02 years of experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • High confidence, persistence, and goal-driven mindset
  • Hindi & English fluency
  • Laptop & Smartphone mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

15,000 30,000/month (based on experience)
