Position Hiring for: Client/Customer Service Executive // Inside Sales Specialist

Location: BKC, Mumbai

What are we looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Client Servicing Executive / Inside Sales Specialist to manage B2B client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth opportunities. The role involves maintaining strong client connections, delivering exceptional service, and supporting sales efforts through efficient coordination and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring query resolution and tailored solutions.
  • Build strong relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Identify and pitch upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pitching new ideas to existing clients
  • Manage client databases and schedule meetings.
  • Handle proposals, agreements, and follow-ups.
  • Track sales progress and ensure timely action.
  • Generate MIS reports and provide insights.
  • Maintain records of client interactions and service outcomes.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role in the B2B service industry.
  • Experience in the financial, legal, or professional services sector is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
