Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Backend & Inside Sales Executive to strengthen our sales operations. This role involves backend coordination, customer engagement, documentation, and supporting the sales team to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information.

Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales documentation.

Follow up with leads and assist in converting inquiries into orders.

Maintain accurate sales records in CRM/ERP systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and dispatch.

Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree (Science or Life Science background preferred).

13 years of experience in inside sales or backend operations.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP tools is an advantage.

Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
