We're looking for a dynamic Inside sales specialist to join our team at Rankingeek Marketing Agency. The ideal candidate should have great communication skills, know how to close sales, and be passionate about growing in the digital marketing field.
Key Responsibilities
- Research potential companies and identify relevant prospects.
- Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Explain digital marketing services clearly, including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.
- Understand the client's business needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
- Take regular follow-ups to maintain client interest.
- Schedule online/telephonic meetings for the senior sales executive or sales manager.
- Maintain lead details, follow-up status, and meeting schedules in CRM/Excel.
- Support the sales team in converting leads into customers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain services simply and professionally.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (training will be provided).
- Good research skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain consistent communication.
- Experience in inside sales/tele calling preferred.
