Primary Job Title (standardized): Inside Sales Representative

About The Opportunity

Join a growing clinical services organisation in India as an on-site Inside Sales Representative focused on converting enquiries into scheduled consultations and long-term patients. You will own the end-to-end inside-sales cyclehandling inbound and outbound outreach, qualifying prospects, booking appointments, and collaborating with clinical teams to ensure exceptional patient experience and retention.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound leads and conduct targeted outbound outreach to convert prospects into scheduled appointments and consultations.
  • Qualify leads using structured discovery, capture accurate patient details, and maintain clear follow-up workflows to maximise conversion rates.
  • Manage and update CRM records daily; log interactions, progression stages, and outcomes to ensure data integrity for reporting.
  • Hit defined sales and appointment-booking KPIs through timely follow-ups, personalised outreach, and effective objection handling.
  • Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to confirm appointments, manage cancellations/reschedules, and expedite patient onboarding.
  • Provide feedback from market conversations to refine service offerings, pricing, and promotional campaigns for better traction.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven inside sales or telesales experience in healthcare, medical services, or appointment-driven businesses.
  • Strong CRM proficiency and daily usage experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM).
  • Demonstrated success with cold calling and structured outbound cadences.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
  • High comfort with target-driven KPIs and delivering consistent appointment conversion.
  • Excellent verbal and written English with effective phone-based communication skills.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with Outreach, SalesLoft, or other email-sequence automation platforms.
  • Background in clinic workflows, patient scheduling systems, or healthcare operations.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, on-site sales teams within India.
