Key Goals
- Drive lead generation from organic inbound channels (signups, churned accounts, emails, chat support).
- Increase customer conversions and re-engage dormant leads.
- Provide actionable feedback and insights to strengthen sales and marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Generate leads from existing organic channels (signups, churned accounts, inbound requests).
- Handle inbound calls, return missed calls, and manage outbound follow-ups.
- Proactively reach out to qualified signups and churned accounts to drive conversions.
- Reactivate dormant leads through consistent outreach and engagement.
- Conduct customer and market research to identify opportunities and challenges specific to the Middle East and North Africa.
- Share market intelligence and customer insights with the marketing and product teams for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and pipeline status in CRM.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or equivalent; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 1+ years of sales experience (inside sales, business development, or lead generation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of customer engagement, prospecting, and relationship management.
- Knowledge or prior exposure to the Middle East and North Africa Market will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM.
