Job Description

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide complete admission related information to the students and help them through the admission process. (JEE/NEET/CAT/CLAT)
  • Assess the student's performance in the entrance exams and depending on his/her interests help in shortlisting the college where his /her chances of getting admission is high.
  • This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
  • Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning methods.
  • Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales.
  • It is a target based profile and has incentives on best performance.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Education Qualification- Any Graduate in Any Specialization. Preferably bachelor/master's degree in Psychology.
  • Experience- 0-2 years counseling Experience in Education Domain. Freshers can also apply.
  • Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions.
