Responsibilities:
- Provide complete admission related information to the students and help them through the admission process. (JEE/NEET/CAT/CLAT)
- Assess the student's performance in the entrance exams and depending on his/her interests help in shortlisting the college where his /her chances of getting admission is high.
- This is an individual contributor role in an employee-oriented, high-performance environment that emphasizes spreading the unique way of learning in your city.
- Your role will start with contacting potential customers (parents and students) to set up meetings, counsel the students on learning methods.
- Taking up revenue responsibility. This hybrid model of sales will give you exposure to the best of inside sales.
- It is a target based profile and has incentives on best performance.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Education Qualification- Any Graduate in Any Specialization. Preferably bachelor/master's degree in Psychology.
- Experience- 0-2 years counseling Experience in Education Domain. Freshers can also apply.
- Strong active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to guide students and provide ongoing support as they make important career decisions.
