Inside Sales Executive

Festivals From India is hiring for their client ASIGN an energetic and detail-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join their Art Sales team in Delhi. This role is critical in supporting client servicing, sales operations, and smooth coordination between buyers, sellers, and internal teams. Prior art experience is a plus but not mandatory; we welcome candidates from diverse sales or client-servicing backgrounds who are eager to learn and grow within the art and design ecosystem.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an arts field or equivalent work experience.
• 13 years of experience in inside sales, client servicing, or sales operations.
• Prior experience in working in the arts and culture sector is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
• Willingness to support on-site during client visits, installations, or events as required.
• Interest in art, design, or luxury sectors is an advantage.
