Inside Sales Executive

This is Engineering solutions company provides specialty products for the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, fertilizers, chemicals, Power, Water, Food, photovoltaic, and semiconductor industries. The range of engineered solutions includes Pumping, Sealing, Compression and Safety technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Process price quotes, purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations from customers, OEMs, and distributors.
• Maintain customer rapport and provide top-notch service.
• Retrieve and update customer and stock information accurately.
• Assist sales representatives and handle price quotations.
• Check customer credit status and coordinate with vendors for order fulfillment.
• Manage active order files, including changes and credits.
• Prepare necessary documentation for the accounting department.
• Support government orders as needed.
