Abouttherole:
We are looking for dynamic and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The deal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, market research, and high-volume outreach through calls.
KeyResponsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
Prospect and build a strong pipeline for the sales team
Reach out to prospects, explain offerings, and nurture initial conversations
Maintain accurate and updated lead/prospect data in CRM tools
Collaborate with sales team members to convert leads into opportunities
Continuously learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
Must-HaveSkills&Experience:
6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, prospecting, or telecalling (B2C or B2B acceptable)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt, problem-solve, and work with persistence
Discipline, cultural fit, and willingness to learn
Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively
