Job Description

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

  • Identify potential clients through cold calls, email outreach, social media research, and lead-generation tools.
  • Support initiatives to build a strong and targeted prospect pipeline.

Program Management:

  • Assist in managing sales programs and campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with defined objectives.
  • Track progress, coordinate activities, and ensure smooth program operations.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Engage proactively with internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure consistent communication.
  • Support cross-functional alignment to achieve sales and program goals.

Client Interaction:

  • Communicate with prospects and clients to present Innovaccer's solutions, address queries, and drive engagement.
  • Participate in introductory discussions and nurture early-stage client relationships.

Product Learning:

  • Gain in-depth understanding of Innovaccer's products, platforms, and value propositions.
  • Communicate solution benefits effectively to potential customers.

CRM Management:

  • Manage, track, and update leads, opportunities, and activities within CRM tools.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate sales records.

Sales Strategy Support:

  • Contribute to planning and executing sales strategies, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.
  • Support efforts aimed at driving revenue growth and market expansion.

Reporting:

  • Assist in preparing regular reports on sales activities, lead funnels, program performance, and client interactions.
  • Present insights to management to support decision-making
