Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Account Manager located in Gurgaon. The Inside Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Account Management
  • Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
  • Experience in Relationship Building with clients
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in SaaS or automation solutions is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
