Job Description

Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities: . DMND Lifecycle Management: . Oversee technical integration/migration projects for Telephony Scope (Webex Calling & RingCentral) throughout the entire DMND lifecycle. . Gather client requirements. . Qualify client needs. . Evaluate and prepare technical and commercial proposals in conjunction with the Solution Expert. . Submit project quotes to the client. . Construct project plans with all stakeholders. . Place orders with various suppliers. . Follow up on actions with project contributors. . Provide client reporting. . Monitor project budget. . Implement the technical solution with the Managed Service Provider (MSP). . Ensure handover to MSP support teams.

Technical and Professional Requirements:

Required Skills & Qualifications: . Proven experience in demand management or project coordination within Telephony domains (specifically Webex Calling and/or RingCentral). . Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, both internal and external. . Strong organizational and prioritization skills. . Proficiency in tracking and reporting on multiple concurrent demands. . Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and geographically distributed teams. . Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
