CTC : Upto 12 Lpa
Location :Bangalore
Shift Timings : 247 (Primarily night shifts)
Responsbilities:
- User & Group Management:
- Manage users and groups in Microsoft 365 Entra ID and Google Workspace
- Handle access control, provisioning, and de-provisioning of accounts
- Networking & Security:
- Troubleshoot and manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs
- Perform packet analysis and resolve connectivity issues
- Collaborate with security tools like CrowdStrike or similar
- Scripting & Automation:
- Write and maintain basic scripts using Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Automate routine tasks and support cybersecurity initiatives
- Communication:
- Clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Prioritize and manage multiple support tickets effectively
- Time Management:
- Handle high-priority incidents with minimal supervision
- Balance workload between urgent and routine tasks
