Freshservice Administrator/Developer (ITSM/ITAM/CMDB)
- Configure and customize core ITSM modules—incident, service request, problem, change, knowledge
- Build service catalogs
- Create automation scripts
- Manage asset and CMDB, including managing Cis and Sis, managing asset life cycle
- Configure workflows, business rules, service level targets, notifications
- Manage ACLs
- Configure and build reports and dashboards
- Build and configure integrations (connectors to enterprise systems and third-party tools including discovery, monitoring, observability tools) using RESTful APIs, webhooks etc.
- Set up and manage discovery scans
- Analyze and migrate data—foundational and transactional—from other systems to Freshservice
- Build custom applications using Freshworks Developer Platform/SDK
- Configure and customize project management
- Technical skills: Very good knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, REST APIs
- Certifications: Freshservice certified administrator, Freshservice certified developer, Migration specialist
Freshservice AI developers/data engineers
- Use AI Agent Studio to build bots, configure conversational AI capabilities
- Clean and structure knowledge base for AI
- Set up/configure agentic AI frameworks, MCP tools
